Who are you, and how do you know yourself?

Who do you think you are? More importantly, who are you, really? This lesson, originally one of 12 in the S.U.R.E.A.L. Course, invites you to explore the difference between your True Self and the parts of you that you have built, usually to protect yourself. Once you understand how you have come to identify yourself, you can decide whether you want to hold onto any identity. How do we do this? Move on to Lesson 3 to find out!
